Eowyn Ivey

Eowyn Ivey met her literary agent at Kachemak Bay Writers' Conference in 2008. Her debut novel The Snow Child was published in 2012 by Little, Brown and Company, and went on to be a UK National Book Award winner, a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction, and the American Booksellers Association award winner for debut fiction. It is a New York Times bestseller, published in more than 20 languages and 30 countries. Eowyn's essays and short fiction have appeared in London's Observer Magazine, Sunday Times Magazine, Sunday Express Magazine, Woman & Home Magazine, the anthologies Cold Flashes and The Coffee Shop Book Club, Five Chapters and Alaska Magazine, among other publications. Eowyn was raised in Alaska and continues to live here with her husband and two daughters. She is at work on her next novel, Shadows on the Wolverine.
